We believe in only hiring the people we would entrust the care of our own family members to, and who are appropriately qualified and experienced to support our clients. All our staff hold current Federal Criminal Record clearance and First Aid Certification.
Focus Care Solutions team is based across Sydney, on the Central Coast and within the Hunter New England area.

Dedicated to education and training
Focus Care Solutions is a learning organisation. We are committed to ongoing education to ensure our team is highly trained to deliver the best possible support and care.
Dementia is a special focus for us, and as such, all our staff receive specialist dementia awareness and ethics training to ensure the whole organisation understands the impacts dementia has on the individual, their carers and families.
We believe in developing the aged care workforce and support people with an interest in aged care who are working towards an industry qualification by providing experience and training under close supervision.
